Homemade Cereal
1 box of Corn Flakes
2 qts Frosted mini wheats
2 qts Cheerios (or quick cooking oats)
2 qts Raisin Bran
2-3 cups chopped nuts
1 c. coconut (optional)
extra raisin (optional)
Mix together in a huge bowl. NEXT mix:
4 T. butter
4 T. creamy peanut butter
1 c. Brown sugar
1 c. honey
2 t. salt
melt together and pour over mix cereal, mix WELL. Pour mixture into LARGE roasting pan and bake 2 hours at 225 degrees stirring every 10-15 minutes. Cool and put into zip lock bags. ENJOY!!!!

Brisket Rub
Basic Rub for Basically Fantastic Beef Brisket3 tablespoons smoked paprika
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon mild chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Mix this rub together and season that next smoked brisket to perfection.

Apple Dip
1 jar marshmallow cream
1-8oz pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. burnt sugar or Carmel flavoring... NOTE: if you can't find this double up on the vanilla
Combine all ingredients and mix well. This recipe is quick and stays good in the refrigerator. That is if enough makes to that point.
