1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. milk
1 T. olive oil
2 T. lemon juice
1/8 t sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic crushed
1 t. dried dill weed
Blend together all ingredients. Let sit 1 day in the refrigerator before serving. Makes 1 3/4 c.
