Vanilla Ice Cream

Vanilla Ice Cream

2 c. whole milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. heavy cream
dash of salt
2 t. Mexican vanilla

Mix all ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Let mixture cure for at least 4 hours and then freeze according to your ice cream freezers directions.

Yield: 1 1/2 quarts... approximately
